  Very disappointing experience. The initial visit from the salesman took nearly 4 hours. He told me the renovation would only take 1 day. 3 vacation days later, i now have a functional shower. I am supposed to have a vent fan installed, but I am still waiting on that. Everyone at atlas that I have talked to has told me that they are going to look into my issue, but they have yet to call me back. This project has been going on for almost a month. Final note: Don't trust the salesman. In the first conversation with Atlas, I said I was looking for a complete renovation. I picked out the design and materials with the salesman, but of course none of that was included in the final price. Whatever you do, do not let him tell you that the average bathroom remodel in Michigan is 19K...

  Atlas came in and ripped out old shower/tub then installed new shower set up and I love it. I looked at 3 different companies and Atlas seemed to have the best overall value.. Brian came out twice with a non aggressive sales presentation that I appreciated then Matt W. & Nick B. did the installation - very clean, detail oriented and professional. I am very happy with the end results and know I made the right choice going with Atlas. Well Done!
